Board of Trustees approves $3 million dollar distribution

Board of Trustees approves $3 million dollar distribution to members.  The $3 million will consist of $1.5 million in premium reductions and $1.5 million in direct payments.  Refund checks will go out to eligible members at the end of February 2012.
