CRASIF is pleased to announce that there are now two (2) NEW member enhancements to our return-to-work (RTW) efforts. Effective today February 1, 2018, members who choose to do RTW, will have:
1. A list of pre-planned temporary, productive, modifiable transitional jobs called “Bridge Assignments” available to use; and,
2. A Return-to-Work Specialist available to help you use the Bridge Assignments effectively.
The Bridge Assignments can be used when the injured employee’s original job cannot be modified to accommodate their work related restrictions. They were created by road commissions for road commissions. (Special thanks goes to the following members who volunteered to help create them: Barry, Kalamazoo, Mason, Alcona, Midland and Washtenaw.)
The RTW Specialist name is Emelia Legarza. She will be working with our claims adjuster Melissa Teregan from Mackinaw Administrators.
