Board of Trustees Hold First Ever Strategic Planning Workshop

The Board of Trustees held it’s first ever strategic planning workshop on April 13, 14.  Mr. Lew Bender, the principal from Lewis G. Bender Consulting and Training Services, facilitated and lead the board through 11 hours of teambuilding and strategic goal setting exercises and discussions.  “This workshop was very worthwhile and provided a blueprint for successful future decision-making by the Board and staff,” stated Chair Joyce Randall.
