The online Payroll Estimate form for the 2014-15 coverage year is waiting for your retrieval via the ASU login link on the CRASIF website. To log-on to retrieve your Payroll Estimate Form, click the Resource tab on this home page, click the “Member Payroll Estimate Form” link, and enter the ASU Portal with your user name and password. Once in the portal, click on the “CRASIF Payroll Estimate Form” link shown on the left side of the screen, then click on “CRASIF Payroll Estimate Form”. Complete the form, press the Submit button and press one of two buttons to keep a copy of your submission for yourself. The estimates are due by or on April 7, 2014.
